The job:
We are looking for a SDR different skills. You must be highly organized and methodic, you have excellent communication (written and spoken), and you are driven by results. You are able to create empathy with anyone in the spot. You are passionate about the tech world and are curious to learn more how the best tech is built. You are autonomous and responsible. You are highly motivated and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and you team player.
The SDR will manage prospects’s relationships and identify opportunities to generate new busineses by generating appointment demos for our sales managers/revenue managers.
The SDR will conduct short high-level conversations with senior executives about their business and their revenue management issues and will drive them to book a demo calls.
You will also have a direct say on how to improve existing sales processes and how we can make it 10x more efficient. We think quality and scale. The successful candidate is a strong self-motivated, driven individual who is methodical and tenacious and can effectively interact and collaborate with our team.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new demo appointments through outbound reachout via phone, email, LinkedIn.
and inbound;Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities (Outbound sales, inbound lead gen);
Map prospective accounts around organisational structure, people and existing technology;
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects;
Leverage Pipedrive CRM to prospect into specific geographic areas;
Strategize with top-producing sales managers;
Hit and exceed your sales targets;
Participation in weekly Sales Planning meetings.
Requirements
A commanding desire to learn and succeed in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales;
Prior experience in direct sales;
The ability to write succinct, crisp emails and a great phone manner.
