A leading company in the Information Technology and Services industry. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager LATAM - Hunter to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Latin America region.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies, expand our customer base, and achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the Latin America region
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Information Technology and Services industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Latin America market and business culture
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
