RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure BrandSafway’s Life Saving rules are a part of each and every project. - Develop a strategic sales plan and goals both short term and long term and ensure entire sales team is focused on driving that plan and goals. - Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business objectives and guide Regional Sales Managers as well as their sales representatives on closing these bids for the most revenue possible. - Monitor sourcing of projects and tracking of project progress and driving improvement - Remain actively engaged in the industry, both sponsoring and attending important events: attending conferences, meetings, and industry events; contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products and services, etc. - Working as a part of a team, collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Finance, discerning client needs, selling clients on Aluma, and partnering with the business on material timelines and keeping them advised of needed sourcing - Be subject matter expert on the business products, capabilities, staff, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news identifying new sales leads - Become knowledgeable on company strengths and risk profile to align opportunities where we can best position the company for success - Partner with senior leadership on strategy meetings to determine if strategy is in alignment with changes and opportunities throughout BrandSafway. Partner with other senior leaders to know which opportunities have the best chance for success or collaboration with other divisions.

QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field - Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Construction Industry, preferably Forming and Shoring or previous role in Business Development - Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in “Business-to-Business” Sales at a corporate level - Minimum 2-5 year’s experience as a leader of a sales team - Proven previous “on-the-job” experience using advanced research and strategic analysis skills - Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, (both verbal and written) - Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems - Previous experience structuring projects based on clients’ needs, driving revenue - In-depth knowledge of the Construction Industry and its current events - Minimum 5 years’ experience adhering to strict deadlines on the job while juggling multiple competing yet equal importance deadlines/obligations
