Your missions

Senior Partnerships Director [Sr Account Executive] (Fully Remote, US Time Zones)

As a Sr Account Executive / Senior Partnerships Director at TLDR, you will be at the forefront of establishing and nurturing strategic relationships that drive our sponsorship business. You will be responsible for engaging, negotiating, and closing deals with leading enterprise and agency partners, and will report to our Head of Sales directly.

Our mission is to build the paper of record for the tech industry, the trusted source that people who work in tech rely on to inform them about important trends and developments.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying closer role with a track record of top performance, preferably in media, adtech, or martech

  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and manage six-figure deals from end to end with enterprise buyers and agencies

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced collaborative environment

  • Existing relationships with marketers within enterprises and B2B marketing agencies are a big plus

Responsibilities

  • Own a target account list and develop account plans for winning and expanding business with enterprise companies and marketing agencies

  • Lead complex negotiations with target enterprise companies and marketing agencies

  • Develop prospecting and outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities

  • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process

Compensation
Base salary for this role is $100,000 - $150,000, plus additional performance-based compensation via our sales incentive plan.
