Responsibilities:

  • Provides excellent customer satisfaction to existing and potential clients
  • Timely communication with stakeholders when there are issues they need help with
  • Verbally communicate with people you see on your computer screen using two-way communication tools
  • Communicate with customers and related parties via phone and email
  • Perform administrative task as per customer request
  • Manage customer's staff actions and report events to their management
  • Collect big data and compile reports pertaining to operations
  • Ensure smooth running of day to day operations in large facilities
  • Produce reports and other communication as needed


Requirements:

  • High school degree
  • English speaking and writing proficiency B1-C2
  • Good understanding of customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work afternoon shifts
  • A positive disposition
  • Capability to work from an office in Medellin - not a remote position
