As a process consultant senior on the Commercial Lines Acquisition & Small Business Insurance team you’ll oversee the maintenance and expansion of surplus lines program within the Small Business Insurance organization. You’ll stay informed about regulatory changes and ensure compliance with surplus lines regulations, and you’ll develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and external vendor partners. In addition, you’ll collaborate with internal and external partners (including Accounting, Licensing, National Agency, and Operations) to assess and expand surplus lines business opportunities.

Must-have Qualifications**

  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eight years experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.) and/or back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.) and/or back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of the surplus lines insurance industry and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Process leadership role managing or expanding surplus lines business.
  • Experience running reports, analyzing data and making business decisions based on the analysis
  • Analytical skills and ability to identify growth opportunities.

Compensation

  • $70,100-$84,000/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
