Job Description

i360 needs an Oracle EBS R12 Applications DBA with expertise in Single Sign-on with R12 and OBIEE environments to support our federal client. The successful candidate must have six years of Oracle Apps DBA experience in Oracle R12 Federal environment, Single Sign-on with Oracle R12 EBS and Oracle SOA. This project role is remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Must have six years of experience supporting as an Application and Database Administrator in an Oracle R12 and Oracle SOA environment.
  • Perform standard DBA support tasks for multiple instances, multiple servers, multiple customers, and multiple interfaces, including but not limited to:
  • Landscape virtualization
  • Oracle partitioning
  • Off-hour cloning and patching
  • Quarterly security releases and basic patches (including family packs).
  • Deploy stop work and emergency patches during off-hour
  • General system and problem resolution
  • Creation, update, and resolution of Oracle service requests (SRs)
  • Disaster recovery support (annually)
  • Support in resolving Plans of Action and Milestone (POAM) and Corrective Action Plan (CAP) findings

Qualifications
  • OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) experience is required.
  • Must have recent CPU/PSU patching hands-on experience.
  • Must have six years of knowledge of Oracle Federal Financials Applications DBA and Security Infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience in Oracle Federal financials Apps DBA skills in R12.
  • Experience with Oracle SOA administration.
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have strong experience working within Teams.
  • Must have Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Must have strong analytical, collaborative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to extend a strong commitment to the quality of solutions and services provided to the client.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision with proactive problem-solving skills.
  • The selected candidate will be required to undergo a successful background check before starting the project.
  • Must hold a BS/BA degree in a relevant discipline such as MIS, IT, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, and Finance.

  • Work Hours: Monday-Friday.
  • This position is currently remote with the possibility of onsite presence as needed.
