We seek a Configuration Specialist with strong attention to detail and analytical skills for executing daily configuration and QA tasks across various integrations (Casino games, Payments, Sports, etc.) on our platform. Responsibilities include data collection from vendors, configuring systems, ensuring smooth operations, and documenting processes in Jira and Confluence. The role involves improving procedures, investigating vendor issues, and assisting with incidents.
In this role, you will need to:
Data collection: Interact with the technical teams of our vendors (Casino games, Sports, Payment gateways, etc.) to obtain and collect the required data to be configured in our system for the different features to work as expected.
System Configuration: Manage and configure software settings to ensure the correct functionality of the integrations (Casino games, Payments methods, etc)
Documentation: Maintain details of the executed jobs, documentation of configuration processes, changes, and updates for reference.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve configuration-related issues to address problems promptly and efficiently.
Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of the integration configurations to confirm the right data has been configured according to the requirements, checking the logs or the reports provided by the system, ensuring reliability.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, system administrators, and end-users, to gather requirements and implement effective configurations.
Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate and error-free configuration setups. Demonstrate meticulousness, ensuring accurate and error-free data entry and configuration setups through thorough verification and double-checking processes.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse complex systems and identify areas for improvement, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams, understand requirements, and convey information clearly.
Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve configuration issues promptly.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies, staying current with industry trends.
Documentation Skills: Proficient in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for configuration processes.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team, coordinating efforts with different departments and stakeholders.
iGaming knowledge: Knowing the mechanics of the online Casino games, online Sports betting, online Payment methods or iGaming experience in general will be a plus.
