What will you be doing?**
As an Accounts Payable Representative (“A/P Rep”), you will be responsible for applying daily cash receipts from clients, auditing and reporting for travel and expense reports, and processing accounts payable transactions. This position works very closely with internal and external customers to investigate and resolve critical issues. Responsible for identifying and recommending appropriate resolution to cash receipt application issues, to ensure receipts can be applied to clients account efficiently. **
Job Responsibilities**
- Apply cash receipts from clients accurately, research issues by examining customer invoice history, identify options and work with the collections team to resolve.
- Perform accounting tasks related to the efficient processing of accounts payable transactions.
- Audit and process travel and expense reports in Concur.
- Review and resolve any transaction issues.
- Interact with internal and external customers in a professional and tactful manner.
- Work on adhoc process improvement projects as needed.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree with emphasis in accounting or finance.
- 3-5 years of accounts payable, and cash applications, preferably in a corporate setting (B2B).
- Be proficient with Excel, experience with Oracle and Concur.
- The position requires very strong organizational skills, strong communication skills both oral & written and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines/goals. Additionally, must be a self-starter with the ability to pick things up quickly and work independently.
- Must also be able to work in a team environment.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000.
