Description**

Join Everi's team as a Customer Engagement Advocate where you'll further develop your leadership and instructional skills. In this role, you will be expanding your industry knowledge, customer service experience, and sharing your best with our Everi Team! You will be traveling within the United States and Internationally 90+% of the time, racking up your travel reward points, and making connections with the casino team throughout the country and overseas!

What Will You Be Doing?**

  • Overseeing the implementation of technical systems, software, and hardware components for customers, including configuring business processes.
  • Assisting with installation deployments both in-house and on-site, ensuring equipment is well-maintained, and managing third-party database and server connections.
  • Investigating and analyzing emerging issues, providing reports to management, and customizing products to fit individual client needs.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial for efficient deployment and maintenance of services.
  • Actively addressing application security, conducting event investigations, and enforcing compliance.
  • Regular interaction with client upper management is expected, including troubleshooting, training, and demonstrations.
  • Attending customer meetings, providing ongoing training and support to casino personnel, and maintaining consumables for product functionality.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and representing the company positively is a key aspect of the job.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise for the Job:

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in work related field.
  • Ability to travel 90+% of the time within the US and Internationally.
  • Gaming license in most states (We will help you obtain upon being hired).

Nice to have's:

  • Some exposure to software application installation, operations, and systems.
  • Familiarity with compliance software applications from an operations and systems perspective preferred.
  • Customer-facing, relationship-building experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Casino/gaming experience.
