Job description

**Head of Performance Marketing

Minimum requirements:**

  • 10+ years of progressive performance marketing experience (not looking for big box retail/ecomm backgrounds)
  • Please have candidate provide examples of scale, profitability, growth, etc...
  • Experience with multi-sited marketplaces (Amazon, Ebay, Lyft, Facebook, LinkedIn, ect...)
  • Experience forecasting and reporting KPIs
  • Experience with people management and the ability to attract and retain talent; 5+ years of people leadership experience minimum

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy for driving new and existing customers to both brand sites and optimize to appropriate KPIs.
  • Set KPIs and monitor performance, reporting on revenue, CAC, LTV, volume, and profitability.
  • Responsible for driving traffic through email & CRM, SMS, all paid media, and organic channels.
  • Direct integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in acquisition, conversion rates, and profitability.
  • Execute a data driven approach to managing the business, encourage the team to test and learn, coordinate with analytics partners on proving incrementality, and utilize learnings for future strategy shifts.
  • Coordinate with cross functional partners on optimizing the landing page experience, implementing technology changes in our martech stack, and A/B testing roadmap.
  • Collaborate with external partners to develop and deliver a best-in-class experience and meet/exceed target business metrics.
