This is your opportunity to join an incredibly successful, friendly and supportive team of fundraisers and play a significant role in delivering successful fundraising campaigns, while building strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
The core remit for the team is the prize-led strategies, including retention strategies and supporter journeys for prize donors as well as telemarketing campaigns, digital fundraising, DRTV and other strategic projects.
The role will primarily focus on managing a team responsible for the retention and development of supporters through print, DRTV and digital channels, in order to deliver continued growth at Marie Curie.
You will be a key part of a high-achieving and collaborative team focused on growth and innovation, with significant opportunity to lead on change and drive impact.
You will have experience in the charity sector, a strong understanding of the principles of donor retention and experience developing stewardship strategies. More importantly than that, you are a motivated problem solver, looking to make a difference, eager to grow and expand your team of fundraisers.
