You Are**

UST is looking for a QA Coordination Manager with EDI experience for Planning, estimating, and managing the testing effort for any given engagement. Will ensure that products, applications, and systems work correctly. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team. TCM is also expected to acquire knowledge of all the functional aspects of the areas involved in the engagements. **

The Opportunity**

  • Leading the Testing Team to the success of the project
  • Review of software and business requirements
  • Delivery of Master Test Strategies (includes preparation, coordination with various teams involved, and reviews)
  • Ownership of the testing strategies for areas of integration
  • Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery
  • Owner of Effort Estimation of the testing tasks.
  • Track the progress of testing and update the status of stakeholders
  • Schedule/Lead/Participate in review meetings as needed by the projects
  • Apply the appropriate test measurements and metrics
  • Ensure quality for all owned deliverables in the project
  • Ensure the completion of test cycles
  • Test execution (if the situation demands)
  • Preparation of test reports
  • Communication to stakeholders

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required. **

What You Need**

  • EDI experience
  • 8+ years of Manual & Automated Testing in cross-browser of any application
  • Minimum 5+ years of Manual/Automated testing experience
  • Minimum 2 years of HealthCare Domain experience with claims knowledge
  • Hands-on experience in Testmanagement Tool - VSTS – AzureDevOps is a plus
  • Preparing industry-standard test case, result execution & testing result reporting mechanism
  • Should possess attention to detail
  • Should have the ability to see the big picture
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in document and report writing
  • Ability to work in a team and lead them
  • Awareness of Software Development Life Cycle
  • Logical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency with Agile Development Software
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good project management and time-management skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Good teamwork – team player

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below. **

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range:** $82,000-$122,000

Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits. **
