What We Need

NetBrain Technologies is seeking a Network Automation Trainer to lead our power user training sessions in cities across the US. This individual will join NetBrain’s Training Department where they will bring the latest in no-code network automation innovations to Network Engineers across the country. Our NetBrain Automation Power User Trainings are free of charge two-day experiences. This dynamic environment will provide the individual with a wide variety of technologies and solutions in a high-growth, global Network Automation company. 

What You'll Do

  • NetBrain customers are diversified. Our NetBrain Automation is the most widely adopted network automation and visibility platform, providing network operators and engineers with an entirely new approach to hybrid network management, from the top-down based upon establishing and maintaining business intents rather than managing the thousands of individual device configurations.
  • As a training engineer, you are an excellent Network Engineer with good communication and presentation skills. Your success will be measured by swiftness, accuracy, clarity and the ability to explain complicated things simply.
  • Learn and keep up to date with NetBrain platform functionalities and use cases
  • Collaborate with Training team members to update training and certification programs
  • Help customers with training related questions and concerns
  • Handle other tasks as assigned.

Who You Are

  • You have a BS/MS degree preferably in Engineering or STEM field
  • You are able to travel at least 50% of the year within the US for 3 days at a time
  • You are a quick learner and can pick up new technological concepts quickly
  • You effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highly dynamic, fast changing, and fluid work environment
  • You are experienced in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • You communicate verbally with ease in a style that is exceptionally clear and succinct 
  • You have 3+ years of networking experience
  • You have training related knowledge/experience is a plus

 

Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $70,000 - $110,000 + Bonus & Stock Options. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.

The range listed above is a guideline, and may be modified.
