Health Force is a tech startup developing an AI Assistant designed to automate hospital daily repetitive tasks and save hospital staff thousands of hours of manual work and allow them to focus on patients.

Currently our AI Assistant is being deployed in multiple hospital groups in Italy and Austria and we’re expanding to the rest of Europe and looking for a Head of Enterprise Marketing to help us tell our story, support our expansion plans, and bring AI Assistant to hospitals all over Europe.

Job Description

As the VP of Enterprise Marketing at Health Force, you will be a key member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO. You will use your deep understanding of both marketing strategies and the healthcare landscape to develop and execute a marketing strategy for our Healthcare AI Assistant. You will collaborate closely with sales, product development, and engineering teams. You will be instrumental in defining our roadmap and ensuring our solutions reach those who need them most. Your expertise will shape our approach to market entry, pricing, partnerships, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy: Be in full charge of the successful development and implementation of Health Force’s enterprise marketing strategy including messaging, positioning, corporate identity, channel mix, sales and marketing assets.
  • Marketing Operations: Be in full charge of delivering marketing activities across Health Force channels with a focus on enterprise channels such as conferences, PR, website, LinkedIn, channel partnerships etc…
  • Sales Enablement: Closely collaborate with the business team and equip them with compelling sales tools and assets needed at different stages of the funnel and sales cycle; including sales presentations, demo tools and client impact metrics.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit and manage top notch team members and freelancers that will support you in the delivery of all marketing activities
  • Marketing Ownership: You will be given autonomy in marketing decisions, defining and moving between long-term marketing vision and short-term delivery and the management of the roadmap, prioritizing marketing opportunities, refining marketing ideas, and ensuring consistency across channels and owning the marketing OKRs.

  • Qualifications:
  • You need a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and delivering enterprise marketing strategies at a startup, a scale-up, or a technology provider, preferably in the healthcare industry. 
  • You understand the enterprise sales cycle and have worked closely previously with an enterprise sales team and provided them with compelling sales tools and assets such as impactful sales presentations, demo tools, and client impact metrics.
  • You have successfully built and managed a marketing team from scratch, created a strong marketing vision and strategy, and carried it all the way to successful execution 
  • You have experience in executing marketing activities efficiently across various channels, particularly focusing on enterprise channels like conferences, PR, website, LinkedIn, and channel partnerships, customer marketing.
  • You have interest in healthcare technologies, AI, and computer-human interaction and the future.
