Working as part of the Global Systems & Process Team is essential in our role towards our customers & patients and our commitment to the Medtronic mission to alleviate pain, restore health and extend life.

As a member of the team, you are responsible for supporting the deployment of Salesforce Lightning suite (SFDC) Contract Repository in CEMA (Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa) and the SFDC Tender Pipeline for EMEA (Europe Middle east and Africa).

Contract Repository and Tender Pipeline are 2 custom applications to store contract data and track upcoming tender opportunities in the market.In your capacity in the team, your initial focus is on the Tender Opportunities & Contract Repository functionalities in SFDC, which has recently been deployed across most European countries and as a next step will also be extended across CEMA countries.

In addition, your responsibilities encompass providing setup related support to users in various countries. You resolve our clients’ system issues as quickly and accurately as possible by giving them instructions or by helping to restore system functionalities, and you actively contribute to new user / new release training documentation and test cycles.

Once fully integrated into your role, you will also be actively involved in sharing knowledge, identifying opportunities for process and system enhancements, and contributing to overall improvements in the system.

A Day in the Life

We offer you a position where the following tasks are part of your daily work:

  • Give support to our users:
  • Triaging incoming query tickets, ticket resolution and follow up
  • Interact with internal and/or external teams to resolve (complex) system’s issues
  • End user communications, both verbal (phone) and written (email) in English
  • Provide remote user support resolving issues on customer’s workstations
  • Maintenance of user’s access levels
  • System workflow & system setup
  • Deployment and management of specific business related set up in SFDC (including creating user stories and process recommendations)
  • Work on tasks to develop and/or address process improvements via the A3 concept
  • Document, measure and report out on ticket root causes and other relevant metrics
  • Perform tickets root cause analysis for recurring tickets
  • Create value by proposing changes to current processes or system(s)
  • Develop & Give Training
  • Explaining (new) system’s functionalities to end users (Pricing & Contracting, Commercial, Other functions)
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer (Online Tools and Classroom)
  • Develop & Execute Testing
  • Work in close partnership with the system owner(s), assisting the owner in system testing and in other system related activities when required
  • Identify bugs or system improvements
  • Support Audit activities when required
  • Process & Documentation
  • Perform process analysis and document findings with detailed descriptions
  • Setup and maintain knowledge bases on the tools and related processes

Must Haves: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree
  • Fluent English skills
  • Comfortable with software configuration in a business environment, preferably Salesforce platform
  • Experience with Windows OS, MS Office, and remote support tools
  • Stress-resistant, objective, and self-starter
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Haves

  • Additional language skills is a plus
  • Work experience in Offer Development & Contract Management
  • Healthcare industry work experience and/or working in a complex multinational matrix environment
