Qualifications:
Minimum of 12-18 months' experience in a Technical Support or similar role, Good communicator with strong network diagnostic skills and basic Linux CLI skills, Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, IP routing protocols, routing protocols, and technical problem-solving skills.
Key responsabilities:
- Manage Monitoring Systems, handle faults, liaise with suppliers, and provision customer network services
- Develop knowledge in network and system administration, contribute to 24x7 support, and provide Tier 3 Support for services
- Maintain technical documentation, participate in a call-out rota, and troubleshoot network and VoIP issues at the carrier/enterprise level
