What will you be doing?**

Leveraging Circana’s consumer and POS data solutions, the Account Manager is responsible for growing the relationships between Circana and key manufacturer clients in the Beauty industry. This person will engage in all aspects of client support, including onboarding, nurturing client relationships at all levels, making analytical recommendations, and creating and delivering insightful presentations.

They will be responsible for collaborating with internal practice teams to provide answers to our manufacturer partners’ most important questions, increasing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue. The goal is to extend beyond providing data, but to be a trusted partner our internal practice teams and clients rely on. **

Job Responsibilities**

  • Own the budget and day-to-day relationships with key manufacturing partners.
  • Build strategic relationships with client contacts to develop business insights regarding the clients' most important issues/needs, both short and long-term.
  • Proactively relate consumer insights to category/industry trends to identify and quantify client business opportunities.
  • Understand and communicate complex data in an easily digestible format.
  • Utilize DecisionKey®, Unify+ and other analytic related software to provide insights and recommendations to our clients.
  • Accurately interpret data and clearly articulate findings and insights to both internal and external audiences, in written and verbal formats.
  • Partner with cross-functional departments and teams within CIRCANA to ensure success for the business.
  • Deliver insightful presentations and maintain recurring reports & dashboards.
  • Partner with global teams to identify opportunities and drive sales locally.
  • Build expertise in Beauty industry.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience within data analysis, client services, or account management
  • Demonstrate fearlessness and stability both internally and with clients in a quickly evolving environment
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities; curiosity and drive
  • Ability to generate/support creative ideas and effectively sell those ideas
  • Aptitude to synthesize data and develop meaningful conclusions/insights from several data sources
  • Understanding of how consumer and POS data can be used to identify business building opportunities for clients
  • Strong presentation skills with a high comfort level presenting to large groups and senior audiences
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • BA/BS or equivalent, market research, economics, statistics or marketing background preferred
  • Experience in Beauty industry highly preferred
