New Business Intake Analyst - (100% Remote)

THE OPPORTUNITY**

Fisher Phillips is an international labor and employment law firm, and we are looking for an experienced New Business Intake Analyst. Our range of experience enables us to bring efficient and practical solutions to today's labor and employment law problems. This position can be performed remotely in any state where there is an established Fisher Phillips office, but will be based out of our Atlanta office. In this role, the New Business Intake Analyst will facilitate and support the new client and new matter intake process. The analyst is tasked with performing due diligence to ensure the clients and matters accepted for representation do not present a legal or ethical conflict. **

Position Responsibilities**

  • Provide contextual analysis of conflicts results
  • Manage department's intake of requests from attorneys, Accounting, and others, and provide accurate and timely responses
  • Perform conflict searches to facilitate processing of change requests
  • Assist with the department manager with lateral conflicts check process
  • Perform conflict searches to facilitate processing of change requests

  • Perform conflict searches for new clients and new matters including reviewing and analyzing results
  • Review new matter requests for accuracy and adherence to firm policy and procedures
  • Ensure timely processing of new matter intake forms within Intapp
  • Communicate with lawyers and legal administrative assistants and answering questions regarding matter opening procedures
  • Assist in firm technology projects involving new business intake
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a law firm environment – preferably new business and conflicts experience.
  • Experience with Intapp, iManage and Aderant preferred

The salary range for this position is $64,000 - $70,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, location, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law .
