Job description

As a data analyst senior on the People Analytics team, you'll partner with our human resources teams to develop a variety of reporting solutions. This exciting, customer-facing role offers exceptional variety and exposure to a broad spectrum of people data. In this role, you'll fulfill ad hoc report requests and take ownership of several recurring, flagship reports. In addition, you’ll utilize the latest technologies to develop innovative, self-service reporting tools. **

This is a remote position.**

Must-have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
  • Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
  • Instead of a degree, a minimum of six years of analytical work experience

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using SAS, SQL and/or T-SQL to retrieve and manipulate data as well as Tableau, Power BI to tell stories; knowledge of SQL Server
  • Experience working and communicating directly with customers and stakeholders to build reporting solutions with an eye on performance optimization, ease of use
  • Experience presenting and explaining insights/trends in the data to customers and recommending a course of action
  • Self-starter that has worked collaboratively within a team and across all levels of an organization
  • Approaches work with a powerful sense of ownership, curiosity, and a strong dedication to continuous improvement

Compensation

  • $70,100-$93,500/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
