The Marketing team plays a crucial role in conveying the Tractian story, defining messaging and positioning, and transforming our reimagined products and features into tangible customer benefits. Our marketers, spanning across Brand, Video, Content, and Performance, are entrusted with the task of acquiring new customers and possess a profound understanding of the business. This is a highly cross-functional team that collaborates closely with the Product, Sales, BD, and Design teams. What You'll Do**
As a Global Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our digital advertising initiatives to attain measurable and impactful results. Drawing upon your technical proficiency, data-driven approach, and strategic insight, you will take charge of planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns on a global scale, encompassing efforts in Brazil, Mexico, and the USA. Your goal will be to maximize ROI and foster business growth through these initiatives. **
Responsibilities**
Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including PPC, paid social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
Plan, create, and optimize high-converting digital ad campaigns that align with business goals, utilizing A/B testing and data analysis to continuously enhance performance.
Employ advanced targeting techniques to reach specific audience segments, leveraging customer data, demographics, and behavioral insights to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Manage advertising budgets effectively, monitor spending, and allocate resources to campaigns that deliver the best returns, ensuring ROI goals are met and exceeded.
Utilize analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copy that drive engagement and conversions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure our performance marketing strategies remain innovative and competitive.
Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance and overall marketing strategy.
Lead a team of performance marketing specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other marketing teams, product teams, and data analysts to align performance marketing efforts with broader business objectives. **
Requirements**
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of planning and executing successful campaigns that deliver quantifiable results.
Proficiency in utilizing performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant tools.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
In-depth understanding of digital advertising concepts, strategies, and best practices, along with knowledge of the latest industry trends.
Experience with audience segmentation, targeting, and using customer data to inform ad strategies.
Exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present campaign results to stakeholders. **

Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
Experience with e-commerce performance marketing and optimizing for online sales.
Proficiency in using marketing automation tools for campaign management and optimization.
Experience with programmatic advertising and real-time bidding platforms.
