Position Schedule: Full-Time

As a member of our team, you will contribute to our branch and client experiences. You will support key strategic initiatives for our North American Operations, working with key stakeholders across our Operations and Marketing divisions. **

What You'll Do...**

  • Duties include providing high-quality solutions by coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining programs. Developing and modifying moderately complex information systems involving most phases of systems analysis and programming.
  • Analyze, code, test, and document programs.
  • Work in an agile delivery team to break down stories and deliver functionality in sprints.
  • Conduct code walkthroughs to ensure the quality of programs developed by other associates.
  • Provide system support.
  • Participate in the team's on-call support rotation.

Up to 117,126.9 (10% above midpoint), could go higher if having well above 5 years and Pega experience or certification.

Hiring Minimum: $78795

Hiring Maximum: $134163 **

Skills/Requirements**

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in open Systems development skills such as Java, JEE, JSP, Spring, Spring Boot (Microservices), Rest Services, Spring JPA, REST, Kafka, JSON, JUnit, Reactjs, Node.js, IntelliJ, Eclipse, Visual Studio, Azure, Javascript, LINUX, REACT, HTML, and XML..
  • Knowledge of Pega software or Pega certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical issues in business terms.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to design, develop, test, document, and implement quality software within targeted timeframes.
  • Experience in the AGILE management methodology
