Job description

Job Title: Ariba Supplier Resource

Location: 100% Remote Work

Position Type: 1+ Year Contract to hire

Rate: $Open /hr.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,  
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. 
  • Detail oriented with exceptional time management and organizational skills, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with a team or individually. 
  • Passion for technology and the use of technology to improve business processes.  

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Knowledge of SAP solutions/services  
  • Experience in customer relationship or customer service 
  • Detail oriented with exceptional time management and organizational skills. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. 
  • Ability to learn new processes and multitask effectively. 
  • Ability to think beyond defined tasks to identify and implement process and tool optimization. 

 

Job Description: 

  • Aid in building workstreams for supplier enablement for customers. 
  • Participate in both internal and external meetings to understand customer needs and manage customer relations.  
  • Create customer-facing materials and documenting processes. 
  • Utilize current processes and tools supporting enablement, go-live tracking and communications Collaborate on cross-functional projects. 
  • Support adoption plans for customers. 
  • Work with team to onboard and enable supplier in Ariba network.
