As a business systems consultant lead on our Loss Reserving team, you'll be the liaison between our actuarial systems. You’ll integrate new products and acquisitions and coordinate documentation across all reserving functions. You'll also be responsible to lead business system application process improvements and system enhancements. In addition, you'll serve as a subject matter expert related to multiple system applications or business processes.

This is a remote position. **

Must-have Qualifications**

  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of ten years of experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to insurance claims data
  • Exposure to mainframe systems
  • Good collaborator across business functions
  • Strong business acumen
  • Good organization and attention to detail

Compensation

  • $82,400 - $109,900/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
