The Tier 1 Payroll Support Specialist is responsible for building and solidifying relationships with our clients. Because our clients aren’t just a number, they’re family.

  • This is a part-time position working 24-28 hours per week. This is a permanent position.

A day in the life of a Tier 1 Payroll Support Specialist may vary, but you can always count on: - Being the primary contact for processing our client's payrolls and providing online payroll support - Guaranteeing payrolls are processed timely and accurately - Processing new hires, changes, deductions, etc. for the clients - Provide technical support, answer questions, and troubleshoot any issues - Completing adjustments, as needed, to help with tax compliance - Assisting with quarterly and annual reporting requirement
