Job description

Keller Executive Search is expanding in Brazil and is seeking a Recruitment Consultant, an A-Player, who is ready to embrace the unique opportunities at Keller. This position is perfect for someone eager to grow in an international environment, and it is especially suited for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit excited about building something from scratch. The role offers substantial opportunities, allowing the right candidate to significantly shape and contribute to our global expansion.

This role is designed to focus on the North American market, working within American business hours. We would also offers opportunities to work on North American recruitment projects if there is an interest.

Professional Office Setting Requirement: Due to the role's client-facing nature, all interactions with clients and must be conducted from a professional office setting. Since we do not have an office in Brazil, any professional office setting should be chosen by you and located as close to you as possible. We prefer not to conduct client calls from home, unless the home setting can be made to resemble a professional office. Keller would cover all associated costs.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment (80%)
    • Conduct comprehensive interviews and qualification processes for managerial and senior-level candidates, using advanced interviewing techniques and assessment tools.
    • Collaborate with our research team to develop innovative sourcing strategies, ensuring a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
    • Stay informed about market trends and recruitment technologies to implement best practices in talent acquisition.
    • Utilize data-driven methods to track recruitment metrics, aiming for continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
  • International Partnership Development (20%)
    • Initiate and build relationships with recruitment agencies worldwide.
    • Communicate Keller's value proposition effectively to potential partners in various regions.
    • Expand our international partnership network, focusing on creating mutually beneficial agreements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a recruitment firm, and a deep understanding the operations of recruitment as a business. A track record of succeeding in a similar job would be required.
  • Leadership abilities, confidence in leading in interactions.
  • Independent and proactive, bringing energy, intelligence, and resourcefulness.
  • Operational management experience with a strategic problem-solving approach.
  • Professional demeanor, capable of impressing clients and partners internationally.
  • Enjoys engaging with new companies and individuals globally, adept at selling solutions and services where necessary.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in IT - Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets, and Slides.
