We are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new staff hired into this role full-time. This position is partially remote, and you have the option to elect into a 9/80 flex work schedule. The pay range for this role is between $66,600 - $67,400 annually. **

Summary**
Under the supervision of the Lead Clinical Supervisor, a Therapist I (Unlicensed Therapist) will provide direct clinical and case management services to clients who currently display or have a history of Mental Illness. **
Primary Duties**
_**Position Requirements
**_ - Holds a degree as an MSW, MFT, PCC, Psy.D, PhD, and one to two years experience working with those with a history of mental illness and/or substance use in a social service/mental health environment. - Must be registered with BBS or Board of Psychology as an AMFT, ACSW, APCC. - Current knowledge of all job specific skills including crisis intervention and individual/family therapy, multicultural and socio-economic issues, and documentation standards. - Ability to transport clients using personal or Agency vehicle and/or public transportation. - Current California driver’s license, car insurance, and a driving record acceptable to the Agency’s insurance carrier. - Expected to have or receive LPS certification (within 1 year of start date) to perform psychiatric holds for clients who are gravely disabled, and/or exhibiting a danger to self or others. - Previous experience as a counselor, or working in a social services setting helpful but not required.
