ProSidian Seeks a Business Support Analyst - Virtual Assistant (Contract Contingent) in CONUS/OCONUS - India: Madhavaram, Chennai. The Business Support Analyst - Virtual Assistant provides 874-7 Business Support on the daily business activities of the firm.
The Business Support Analyst - Virtual Assistant requires professionalism and technical capabilities to serve as a responsible and resourceful virtual assistant for our team. Working remotely, The Business Support Analyst - Virtual Assistant will organize and update files, create marketing materials, support business development, assist with operations and related activities, draft/formal policies and guidelines, perform research, assist in creating presentations and sales materials, etc.
The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels, and super organized. The Virtual Assistant may also support arranging travel itineraries, flights, and rooms, as well as tracking and managing expenses and payments.

As a Business Support Analyst - Virtual Assistant, your tasks will vary based on client and Firm needs and your skills, including performing general executive assistant duties; formatting and typing documents; making travel arrangements; managing calendars; arranging meetings and appointments; performing research and setting up opportunity pipelines; updating social media; writing articles and content.
NOTE: Internet research, generating simple reports in Excel, occasional PowerPoint presentations, and various other administrative tasks as needed. Experience in MS Office, Google Apps, and Outlook is a must. Marketing responsibilities would include setting up and sending out client newsletters, updating and sending blogs, creating and monitoring social media accounts. Basic WordPress experience is a must. Experience in Linked-In, Facebook, Twitter, Hootsuite, Instagram. Experience in Mailchimp or Constant Contact is also preferred but not required.

- Oral Communication and Writing: In virtual modes of communication, tasks that require sending reports, managing emails, or making presentations require oral and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and through writing.
- Computer Skills: All tasks are done with the use of a computer, so one must have proficient computer skills. Programs like Microsoft Word and Excel are the basics, including advanced internet skills to support his business website or database system.
- Self-Motivation and Discipline: Virtual assistant motivation and discipline is absolutely essential - getting out from bed on time, and getting oneself ready for work should be a discipline.
