Position Overview:

_This role supports one of the largest producers of dairy products in the United States. This role has on-site requirements at the client office 2-3 days per week in Minneapolis, MN.

_ The Client Insights Consultant will be responsible for working with our client as a valued business partner. Key responsibilities include owning the Circana relationship with the client while providing value-added insights and thought leadership, to help frame brand and retailer strategy. The Consultant will need to be knowledgeable about many products and services and effectively identify the best resources to support the client's opportunity. Additionally, the Consultant will lead the client in maximizing their return on contracted products.

Job Responsibilities**

• Actively participate in Brand/Strategy planning meetings.
• Develop/deliver best-in-class reporting through insightful design and automation.
• Consult on Circana’s broad range of products, to determine the best solution for clients' needs
• Provide expertise across the full range of Circana products to align with the client's needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with syndicated data, analytics, or category management required
• Experience with Circana/IRI or other syndicated data solutions is required
• Marketing and/or sales with a premier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company or other companies using syndicated or point-of-sale (POS) data (preferably in Dairy and/or Deli)
• Expertise in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Ability to engage in a consultative manner with clients when helping solve/manage content deliverables

_The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $64,000 to $110,000.
