What’s the role?

As the Head of Innovation and Regulatory Leadership at AiDash, you will spearhead transformative initiatives that combine innovative technological solutions with strategic regulatory guidance. Your primary responsibility will be to lead our efforts in advocating for, educating on, and implementing technology-driven solutions for vegetation management within state and federal regulatory environments. In addition to advocating for technology-driven solutions within state and federal regulatory environments, you will also take a pivotal role in building alliances with policy and regulatory teams at key utilities.
What will you do?
    • Identify, evaluate, and champion innovative approaches and technological solutions in vegetation management that align with regulatory objectives.
    • Engage with State and Federal regulators, State Commissions, Government Bodies, and Special Committees to advocate for technology-driven solutions. Educate and influence key stakeholders to drive favorable regulatory outcomes.
    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with state commissioners, regulatory bodies, stakeholders, and industry influencers to establish AiDash as a thought leader in the field of vegetation management.
    • Build alliances with policy and regulatory teams at key utilities to ensure awareness of AiDash solutions and their positive impact. Collaborate to align policy teams and state regulators, advocating with commissions on behalf of utilities and fostering a positive regulatory environment.
    • Provide strategic direction and guidance on regulatory policies and frameworks, ensuring alignment with innovative technological advancements.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to align regulatory strategies with business objectives and product roadmaps.
    • Represent AiDash at industry events, conferences, and forums, demonstrating thought leadership in regulatory innovation and technological advancements.
    • Define and measure key performance indicators related to regulatory advocacy efforts and innovative solutions. Analyze data to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
    • Demonstrated success in a regulatory affairs, public policy, or related role.
    • Strong understanding and appreciation of innovative technologies such as AI and how they are transforming operations of utilities and core industries.
    • Proven ability to influence regulatory outcomes and drive change through effective advocacy and stakeholder engagement.
    • Ability to think strategically and translate regulatory landscapes into actionable plans that drive innovation.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex regulatory concepts to diverse audiences.
    • Track record of leadership in navigating complex regulatory environments and driving cross-functional initiatives.
    • Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Regulatory Affairs, Environmental Science, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
