The Inbound Marketing Specialist I will be responsible for cleaning and distributing inbound leads as well as making initial contact with potential customers through specific channels, adding value to the CivicPlus brand, and helping to create demand for CivicPlus solutions and services. You will distribute leads to the appropriate sales representative in a timely manner, ensuring the contact information and fields are accurate. You will also handle all incoming sales calls and live chats from the CivicPlus marketing websites. **

We’re excited to hire a new Inbound Marketing Specialist I who can:**

  • Clearly and accurately communicate the company’s value proposition via phone and live chat
  • Help achieve company goals by working with the marketing team and sales team to ensure inbound leads are cleaned and routed correctly
  • Use qualifying strategies to ensure CivicPlus solutions are the right fit for the prospect
  • Achieve daily and weekly lead expectations
  • Create opportunities based on conversations from the sales line and website live chats
  • Daily involvement in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Office 365

Requirements

  • One year of sales, communications, or data entry experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes

Physical Requirements

  • Able to work at a computer and monitor (sitting and standing) for extended periods
  • Able to reason, judge, compare, calculate, evaluate and critique such information as written materials, numerical data, responses to customer needs, and/or other work-related activities
  • Ability to interact with employees and leaders on sensitive subjects and appropriately disagree and/or challenge a situation
  • Ability to use a keyboard and computer. This requirement involves reading the screen and keying/typing information
