About the role:

Join K Health as we partner with the nations top rated hospital systems to close care gaps by launching completely Virtual Comprehensive Care Clinics. We are looking for full-time, Primary Care Clinicians who will deliver fully remote text and video based, comprehensive clinical care encompassing preventive care, sick visits, and chronic condition management. The ideal candidate has state licenses in NJ (must have), NY, and PA. You will be responsible for maintaining strong rapport with your patients, representing K Health and our clinical partners, while providing world class remote care. You must be a board certified Family Medicine physician and be comfortable practicing the full spectrum of comprehensive care, including pediatrics and mental health. Work from the comfort of your own home and deliver care to those who need it the most, backed by K Health's cutting edge Clinical AI Platform. Our virtual clinics are fully supported 24/7 by a dedicated team of Care Concierge, Clinical Operations, and technical support staff greatly reducing your administrative burden.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician
  • Educate patients on appropriate treatments and care plans for their health needs
  • Manage patient follow ups for chronic care programs
  • Prescribe medication and refills as appropriate
  • Drive high quality care with a focus on patient outcomes
  • Elevate remote care by providing compassionate and meaningful patient care
  • Collaborate with Clinical Team Members to build clinical guidelines and policies

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of post residency work experience
  • ActiveState licenses in NJ, NY, PA (NJ is a must have to start)
  • Board-Certified in Family Medicine
  • Primary care experience and behavioral health experience, ability to treat both acute and chronic care conditions
  • Should be tech-savvy, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and have telemedicine experience
  • Clean background and medical malpractice history
  • Willing to commit 40 hours per week, including two weekend days a month

Compensation:
$230,000$250,000 USD

We offer competitive compensation packages along with stock options based on industry benchmarks for function, level, and geographic location. Offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as a candidate's experience and expertise.
