Ocean Capital Real Estate Services Group, LLC - www.ocresg.com is actively looking for strong real estate agents. Must have a real estate sales or broker license. Desire to obtain MLO license preferred but not required. If there is no previous production, previous sales and customer service experience is required. All agents must know how to use a CRM system or have a willingness to learn and to utilize one. We are looking to add agents all across Florida.

Ocean Capital Lending, LLC (Delray Beach, FL) founded in 2005, has become a leading commercial and residential mortgage company providing a broad portfolio of lending products including FHA/VA/USDA, FNMA/FHLMC, SBA 504/7a, Fix-Flip/Bridge, and portfolio/private options. (Company NMLS#392165) Agents are encouraged but not required to obtain mortgage origination license.

Non lead transactions.

Ocean Capital Real Estate Services Group, LLC is a 100% commission brokerage, you keep it all! What that means is there is only a $340 per transaction fee and $55 per transaction E&O charge for a total of $395 per transaction that can be charged to the buyer or seller at closing. Example a $350,000 sale with a 3% commission would be $10,500, the buyer or seller would be charged a real estate compliance fee of $395 to cover OCREG charges and your commission check would be $10,500. On transactions over $1,000,000 sales price commission is 90%.

Buyer's leads.

All of the seller/buyers/rental leads are processed through authentication and you will receive a text and e-mail confirmation to see if you are available to assist the client. They are sent to all agents so you have to be fast. All clients need to be contacted within 5 mins of the request. You will be required to update website and crm on all client activity. A smartphone is a must.

Buyer's agents will receive 70% payout on all buyers leads minus a $340 per transaction fee and $55 per transaction E&O charge ($395 total).

Buyer's leads are only available to agents with a verifiable track record of production. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service. That only can be accomplished with agent partners who know what they are doing.

All agent's have access to corporate office, conference room, computers and equipment. However all of our agents must have the ability to successfully work form home/remotely.

Agents are provided, corporate e-mail, 800 number with extension, website, CRM, mortgage origination assistance if not licensed on their own.
