Ocean Capital Real Estate Services Group, LLC - www.ocresg.com is actively looking for strong real estate agents. Must have a real estate sales or broker license. Desire to obtain MLO license preferred but not required. If there is no previous production, previous sales and customer service experience is required. All agents must know how to use a CRM system or have a willingness to learn and to utilize one. We are looking to add agents all across Florida.

Non lead transactions.

Ocean Capital Real Estate Services Group, LLC is a 100% commission brokerage, you keep it all! What that means is there is only a $340 per transaction fee and $55 per transaction E&O charge for a total of $395 per transaction that can be charged to the buyer or seller at closing. Example a $350,000 sale with a 3% commission would be $10,500, the buyer or seller would be charged a real estate compliance fee of $395 to cover OCREG charges and your commission check would be $10,500. On transactions over $1,000,000 sales price commission is 90%.

Brokerage provided Leads.

Agents will receive 70% payout on all leads minus a $340 per transaction fee and $55 per transaction E&O charge ($395 total).

Leads are only available to agents with a verifiable track record of production. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service. That only can be accomplished with agent partners who know what they are doing or can identify when they need immediate assistance.

Virtual floor time for the top 4 agents at each branch office. Any agent who is on the virtual floor time program who are unable to maintain a high response rate of 1 out of ever 3 calls is replaced by another agent in the program.

All agent's have access to corporate office, conference room, computers and equipment. However all of our agents must have the ability to successfully work form home/remotely. Local branch offices conference and meeting room time is available from $25 to $45 per hour per location if ever needed.

Agents are provided, corporate e-mail (required if not also providing your own additional e&o coverage) , 800 number with extension, website, CRM, mortgage origination assistance if not licensed on their own.
