Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of job offers
  • Spot trends in talent acquisition, understand our competition and come up with ways to find good candidates.
  • In charge of the hiring process, which includes finding, screening, testing, interviewing and choosing candidates who are qualified for different job levels.
  • Review and enhance job descriptions to attract top-quality candidates.
  • Actively look for potential candidates via different methods like job websites, referrals and recommendations.
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment activities.
  • Use different ways to publicize job openings. Make sure job descriptions are appealing to attract the best candidates.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Work with integrity and high-level confidentiality with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong sense of responsibility. Motivated and persistent in meeting goals.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media, niche professional websites and recruitment tools.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality regarding candidate information.
