Position Overview:

TikTal is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Brands Partnership - Sales and Business Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with brands, overseeing the sales team, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with brands to enhance TikTal's client portfolio.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling pitches and proposals for potential brand partners.
  • Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the sales team.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing brand partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand the evolving needs of brands and influencers.
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and creative teams, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and positive outcomes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the influencer marketing or advertising industry.
  • Able to achieve 6-figure revenue targets in quarterly basis.
  • Coach, mentor, and support junior team members to scale.
  • Experienced with startup and dynamic working environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms.
  • Willing to work within the US timezone mainly (EST).
