With our client's tech platform, they offer providers and purchasers a streamlined data exchange process and real-time insight into the billing/payment process.
We are now seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our consumer channel team. The ISR will play a crucial role in securing appointments for our outside sales team by calling on C-suite and senior executives of organizations throughout the healthcare purchasing ecosystem. This role involves targeting health plan sponsors with a minimum of 5,000 covered consumers of healthcare across various channels, including Employer Health Coalitions, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), Labor Union Health & Welfare Funds/Trusts, Brokers & Consultants (B&C), and Self-funded Employers.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients within the specified channels.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite and senior executives, within the healthcare purchasing ecosystem.
Appointment Setting: Secure appointments for outside sales representatives to present our client's platform and value proposition.
Activity Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed predetermined outreach activity goals based on several prospecting phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, posts, etc. to ultimately meet/exceed the # of new meeting goals set per day.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and healthcare reimbursement strategies to effectively communicate our client's advantages.
Collaboration: Work closely with the outside sales team to strategize and coordinate efforts for successful client acquisition. Consistently meet or exceed the predetermined quota of new clients and healthcare consumer members.
Sales Support: Provide sales support by assisting with the development of sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
