What will you be doing?**

The Client Service Specialist is responsible for providing our clients with an excellent customer service experience. The role entails understanding and analysing FMCG Market evolutions for creating insightful reports, both periodical and ad hoc, that drive actionable insights. **

Job Responsibilities:**

  • Client satisfaction is at the epicentre in Circana and the Client Service Specialist needs to handle all client queries in a timely manner to point of resolution and coordinate, where appropriate, all cross-functional working to support the resolving of issues or challenges.
  • Flawless planning, proactive communication, quality, and timeliness are essential to ensure the high level of client satisfaction.
  • This role will provide lots of opportunities to gain the commercial awareness, industry knowledge, technical skills, and professional experience to grow within the business.

Requirements:

  • University Degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing & Marketing Research, or related subject
  • Proficient use of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Experience in working with BI tools (Unify, Power BI, Tableau) is considered a plus
  • Good communication skills (both oral and written) in Greek and English Language (German, Italian, French, Dutch, Spanish a plus)
  • Ability to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Effective time management, to coordinate between different projects, ensuring on-time and correct delivery
