  • The average sales agent earns an average of $14 -$16 an hour. Starting pay is $10.10 plus commission.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Must live in Ohio.
  • High School or GED Diploma (Required)
  • Must have at least 1 year of Customer Service/Sales Call Center experience (Preferred)
  • Excellent written communication skills; attention to detail, data accuracy, and speed.
  • Ability to navigate multiple technology systems, and multi-task.
  • Interpreting data and questions to create first contact resolution.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Must have excellent grammar, punctuality, speed, and the ability to thrive in a complex organization.
  • Must be able to think proactively and collaborate effectively.
  • Must be willing to submit/pass a background checks.
