Job description

We are seeking an experienced SaaS Billing Support Specialist who possesses a keen understanding of billing systems, particularly with Stripe, and has hands-on experience with customer support platforms like Zendesk.

At AIPRM, we believe in precision and accuracy. Hence, we are in search of an individual who leans more towards the "accounting" side rather than "sales".

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and resolve billing queries and issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with our core team to ensure billing accuracy.
- Respond in Zendesk to track, prioritize, and address customer inquiries.
- Work in a 24x5 and later 24x7x365 shift.
- Offer comprehensive support to our customers using Stripe for their transactions.
- Handle challenging situations with professionalism and resilience.
- Moderate billing related complaints in the forum.aiprm.com to be resolved via Zendesk

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in SaaS billing support.
- Proficiency with Stripe and Zendesk is a must.
- A strong numerical aptitude and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and feedback with grace and maturity.
- Preference will be given to mature candidates with a robust background in the field.

This role is only for written support, in native-like English.

We already have developed a comprehensive set of standard Zendesk macros and SOPS how to respond to which case.

Successful candidates will be interviewed and put on a temp position, but this role is for a long term, full-time position.
