E-Commerce Project Manager

Our client is a leading US ecommerce distributor of massage, spa, and medical spa equipment and is seeking an Ecommerce Project Manager. This is a hybrid role spanning marketing (80%) and inventory management (20%). While professional experience in these domains is required, training is paid and included as part of the role. The project manager will perform the following tasks, subject to company standard operating procedures and manager oversight.

Marketing (80%)

• Manage our cold outbound email sales funnel
• Load and send our subscriber email campaigns in Klaviyo
• Manage affiliate marketing program - research and identify affiliate candidates, perform outreach, compile and report sales attributable to affiliates
• Update our website and marketplace product pages as needed
• Monitor strategic SKUs on competitor websites on a weekly basis - features, pricing, offer, etc. - and make recommendations regarding our comparable-SKU market positioning
• Devise blog article prompts for ChatGPT, generate blog content, and post blog articles
• Other marketing tasks and projects as needed

Inventory Management (20%)

• Monitor inventory levels
• Maintain inventory database for marketplace feed
• Compute required inventory levels based on sales forecasts
• Order inventory and manage inventory ordering process with vendors
• Other inventory projects as needed

Requirements

• Perfect written English and excellent spoken English
• Exceptional attention to detail

• High degree of initiative: proactively identifies improvements without prompting and anticipates problems before they arise
• High degree of trainability and adaptability
• High degree of personal and professional integrity
• At least 3 years experience managing one or more principal marketing domains or supply chain/inventory for an ecommerce business
• At least 1 year’s experience editing or managing Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, or WooCommerce-hosted ecommerce storefronts
• Proficiency with web browser-based software and email

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with BigCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, Klaviyo
• Graphic design experience (Figma preferred) including Amazon A+ Content development experience
• Working knowledge and experience with Google Workspace (G-Suite)

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
• Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1000 - $1500 / month

Schedule: 8AM - 5PM CST
