Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Full Stack Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of market research. You will bring your technical ingenuity and high standards to our platform and API offerings, joining a tight-knit engineering team to further develop your skills and further supercharge our market research tools with innovative AI-powered capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a full stack engineer to make a significant impact on an AI startup gaining traction with products already on the market, and with countless opportunities for personal growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

  • Implementing new and improved features, employing best practices and code reviews of peers’ contributions;
  • Providing feasibility assessment, technical specifications, documentation and other materials for new and improved features;
  • Contributing to DevOps, infrastructure, quality assurance, observability, and related initiatives to strengthen our technical systems and operations;
  • Working alongside product owners, market researchers, UI designers, AI researchers, and other engineers to jointly build innovative AI-powered products;
  • Mentoring junior engineers and onboarding of new employees;
  • Promoting, developing, and educating engineering team on best practices, code quality standards, and new/emerging technologies;
  • Provide technical support for users of the Company's products and services.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with strong technical skills and a self-driven attitude: this will allow you to thrive and make significant contributions to our team. While experience in AI/NLP/LLMs will be an asset, we highly encourage applications of full stack engineers with a passion and curiosity to learn about and build AI-powered systems. The ideal candidate will be able to explain how their skills make them a creative problem solver and to demonstrate their commitment to high quality code and engineering.

Your technical skills must include at least the following:

  • 3+ years of professional full-stack experience in any stack;
  • Experience and/or certification with cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure);
  • Commitment to high quality code standards and DevOps;
  • Proven experience building scalable web applications with best practices;
  • Proficiency with at least three of the technologies in our stack (see below).

  • AWS Well-Architected (especially Serverless and Event-Driven Architectures)
