Our clients are the companies and startups who make the world go round — they treat diseases, move parcels, insure cars, process payments, create jobs, rent homes, and publish news. BB Agency was founded in 2012 on Island Krk, Croatia. Through the years, what started as a side-gig turned into a fully remote digital agency with more than twenty members and collaborators working together from all over the world to provide a valuable global perspective on our work.

We are growing our teams with down-to-earth creatives willing to shape the brands, websites, and products of tomorrow, as well as to keep growing their skills and expertise. We currently have three departments: Design, Development, and General. Feel free to apply for a position with us, and include your portfolio if you have one.


Our hiring process looks like this:

  1. Pre-selection based on your portfolio and cover letter. We are interested in your experiences and your roles on specific projects, as well as your skills.
  2. If we like your application, we will invite you to a video exchange with HR.
  3. If we like you during the video exchange, we will invite you to do a deep dive into at least one of your projects. You will have an opportunity to present a project of your choice and show us: who you collaborated with; what tools you used, and what particular challenges you faced.
  4. If we see you as a fit for our current needs, we welcome you to BB Agency.
