Job description

BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top-tier technical talent to support our company's growth and innovation. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire top-tier technical talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online job platforms, social media, and referrals
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and recruitment best practices
  • Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes and tools
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the software industry
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring technical professionals
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
  • Experience using various sourcing techniques and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
