Job Description

HealCommunity™ is hiring! Our success as a company is the success of our clinics and their patients. This role is so important as this person will build, nurture and manage the clinic relationship to ensure their overall success. We pride ourselves on our people and how we bring our company culture into the external relationships we hold with our clinic partners.

This role is best suited for someone with project management experience + relationship management experience. Ideally, you would also have experience in healthcare to understand the nuances of working with busy clinics.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow a step-by-step onboarding process for each clinic with high attention to detail
  • Establish credibility and authenticity with each clinic
  • Identifying and training key clinic staff in their partnership role
  • Act as a patient advocate liaison between the clinic and HealCommunity™
  • Assess coaching efficacy, and work cross functionally to develop systems to improve operational efficiency to support Account Executive and CSM roles.
  • Hit milestones and deadlines with extreme accuracy
  • Support the sales team if required to close clinic partnerships
  • Nurture relationship and support the clinics’ needs

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years project management experience
  • 3-5 years of relationship management experience
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
  • Bilingual a plus!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
  • Computer and technology savvy required
