Qualifications:
1-2 years of international voice experience (preferably in Mortgage or Insurance industry) or excellent verbal and written communication for Freshers, Pass Versant test, Background in Mortgage or Settlement, ability to effectively communicate in a neutral/American accent, prior experience in a US customer-facing role, Pass the Versant test with score of at least 55.
Key responsabilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for buyers/lenders and stakeholders, read and rephrase title documents, support Title/Settlement processes, interact with multiple parties involved in transactions, ensure high-quality and error-free work consistently, meet assigned targets, report and address priority items, collaborate with team, complete tasks on time
