  • Serve as the main point of contact for buyers/lenders and stakeholders, read and rephrase title documents, support Title/Settlement processes, interact with multiple parties involved in transactions, ensure high-quality and error-free work consistently, meet assigned targets, report and address priority items, collaborate with team, complete tasks on time

Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Be a single point of contact for the buyer/ lender and other stakeholders for the transaction with respect to work related to the Title/Settlement services
  • Need to read search documents and paraphrase title and other title commitment related matters
  • Support the Title/Settlement Services process, including providing required status/information to all the stakeholders involved in the transaction and answering questions about the property.
  • Interact effectively with multiple stakeholders involved in the transaction.
  • Should be capable of producing error free work consistently.
  • Maintain 100% quality yield
  • Should be a fluent English speaker.
  • Meet the output HRDs set by the business unit for the process
  • Research top priority items by providing detail investigation of complaints and disputes
  • Ability to discern matters that require escalation to Supervisor
  • Timely completion of all work assignments and projects
  • Maintain strong team alliance, ability to work with co-workers to meet and achieve team and department goals

Qualifications

Minimum 1 to 2 year of experience with international voice experience (preferably in Mortgage or Insurance industry). Freshers with excellent verbal and written communication can also be considered. Need all candidates to go through Versant test.

Critical Requirements:

  • Mortgage or Settlement background
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to speak in a neutral/American accent
  • Worked in an international voice process serving US customers.
  • Clear Versant test with 55 as qualification score
