What You'll Do:
- Educate customers on the value of Aisera in a consultative way
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Aisera buying cycle
- Qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling and prospecting for mid-market and some enterprise organizations
- Prospect cold leads to generate interest and new contacts to fill your funnel
- Research accounts, identify key players and build relationships
- Demonstrate our innovative AI Service Management solution and align value to customers pain points
- Maintain and expand your list of assigned prospects while generating pipeline for the business
What You'll Need:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Salesforce experience required
- Proven success in closing deal sizes of $150k or more and a consistent track record of hitting quarterly and yearly goals
- Effective in dealing with C-suite of mid market to enterprise organizations
- Experience with generating pipeline by cold calling and prospecting
- Understanding of sales process and move accounts through sales stages effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals
- Proven track-record creating highly targeted campaigns and messaging
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience and positively influence the outcome
- Maintain and expand your list of assigned prospects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving passion and service orientation
- Show independence and flexibility in dealing with change management
- Ability to execute on programs and projects with minimal resources
- Composed, poised and professional demeanor in all situations

- An Avid learner of Technology who can learn the basics quickly and apply them to business situations
- Proven ability to build positive relationships and influence. Strong communications and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent.
- Experience selling CRM SaaS a plus
- 3-10yrs of experience in Enterprise Account management and sales
