As the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and performance of the company. This position requires a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. You will collaborate with various departments and work closely with the executive team to provide valuable insights and support informed decision-making. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining capital tables for investors.

Responsibilities:

Full Cycle Annual Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Lead the development of the annual budgeting process, collaborating with various departments to gather financial data and assumptions.
  • Create accurate and detailed financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

Cash Flow Management:

  • Maintain 12-week rolling cash flow projections, ensuring the organization's liquidity needs are met.
  • Monitor and analyze cash flow trends, providing recommendations to optimize cash management.

Accrual Projections:

  • Manage bonus and other accrual projections, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Capital Table Management:

  • Maintain capital tables, tracking distributions, and preferred interest for investors.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare financial statements, projections, and in-depth financial analysis for quarterly board meetings.
  • Present financial results and insights to the board and executive team.


  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business is required. An MBA or MS in Accounting is preferred.
  • CPA certification is a plus.
  • 10+ years of accounting and FP&A experience, with a track record of progressive responsibility is preferred.
  • Prior experience as a CFO or VP of Accounting/FP&A preferred.
  • Experience working with US-based private equity funds is a plus
  • Worked with investment groups in the past, either RE or PE is preferred. It is not a deal killer, but understanding investment structures and distribution waterfalls is needed.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Power BI, and Solver is preferred
  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
  • Salary: $1500 - $3000 USD/month
