Position Overview**

As a Client Insights Consult for Circana’ s Wellness and Homecare Vertical, you will be responsible for driving value and client satisfaction across the Retailer Gateway Programs within the vertical. You will be working with big data, particularly Point of Sale (POS), Supply Chain, Shopper and Consumer data, to identify key insights, and recommend actionable steps to drive growth for clients.

If you possess the ability to work collaboratively as a trusted advisor and thought leader with category management, field sales teams, and client stakeholders to uncover meaningful insights to impact and improve your clients’ business, and can identify new opportunities to address key business needs, this position is an excellent fit for you.

This role offers a flexible location. The role could require up to a maximum of 30% travel depending on business need. **

Client Insights Consultants at Circana possess and execute four key skill sets:**

  • Consultative Selling: Apply knowledge of Client’s business and the industry to identify, create, and close business opportunities.

What are the responsibilities of a Client Insights Consultant?
- Provide strategic support for priority Clients and account teams within Circana’s Wellness & Homecare Vertical (Clients subject to change based on strategic importance) - Demonstrate value by creating retailer gateway case studies that can be shared across the vertical - Collaborate with Wellness & Home Account Leaders - Create materials to assist in the usage of the gateways including trainings and Tips & Tricks documentation - Identifying quantifiable opportunities for clients utilizing the retailer gateways - Partner with Gateway teams to schedule any value-added State of the Business Reviews for priority accounts - Coordinate as the Key point of contact for communications on large retail gateway initiatives - Partner with Wellness & Homecare Account Leaders to answer Client related business questions - Drive Client satisfaction, resulting in positive net promoter scores and new business wins/upgrades - Create compelling Client-ready content that is easy to understand, digest and provides compelling recommendations across key data sets including point of sale, consumer and loyalty/frequent-shopper data - Create content that can be shared across Wellness & Homecare Clients with minimal alterations - Update & maintain repository of key Client presentations and case studies - Create/refine tools that can be used to internally evaluate Wellness & Homecare Client potential opportunities or risks and assist in uncovering ad hoc or Retailer Gateway opportunities - Influence key Client stakeholders by providing: - Proactive insights - Addressing business questions - HQ/Retail support and collaboration - Industry thought leadership - Solution training/adoption - Trouble shooting issues and communicating to cross-functional teams to resolve - Custom solutions/projects to solve critical business needs

What are the qualificationsfor a Client Insights Consultant?
- 5+ progressive years of experience in marketing and sales analytics with CPG manufacturers, retailers or marketing analytics firms - Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant insights, packaging the learnings into Client-ready presentations and presentation skills - Ability to build rapport cross-functionally and engage in a consultative manner with Clients when helping solve/manage key business needs and influence thinking - Experience Circana’s consumer and shopper data assets a plus OR other syndicated data solutions - Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $100,000-$120,000.
