Job description

Duration & Type: 9 months contract, extendable

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

Configuration, troubleshooting and modification of lifecycle.
Configuration, troubleshooting and modification of workflow.
Creation and modification of Vault Tab and page layout.
Migration of Vault document, object and configuration.
Creation of new document type tree.
Vault object and object record creation.
Creation of Dynamic Access Control record.
Creation of customized report as per business requirement.
Management of high priority requests and application downtime (planned & unplanned).
Management of several bulk requests using Vault API and Vault loader.
Analysis, Implementation and documentation of change and service requests.
Preparation and update of SOP, KA etc.
Customer communication as and when needed.

Required:

Experienced in Veeva Vault Administration
Veeva Vault Administrator certification
Hands on expertise in configuring Veeva
Knowledge of Vault API, Vault loader and VQL
Knowledge of Veeva Vault Promomats, Veeva Vault QualityDocs
Knowledge of Web Service
Understanding of life sciences content management principles, types, and taxonomies
Familiarity with 21CFR Part 11, regulatory compliance and validation standards
7+ years of experience in Information Technology
3+ years of experience in Veeva
